It is designed to uncover what makes your brand unique, identify opportunities within your market, and get everyone aligned before we move into strategy development.
Crafting the Brand Strategy & Platform
Using the insights gathered from the survey and workshop, we create a comprehensive Brand Strategy document. This typically includes:

- A competitor audit that highlights opportunities to differentiate
- A brand platform that defines your brand’s DNA, personality, and positioning
Your Brand Platform becomes a key tool throughout the branding process. It keeps the work grounded in your core identity and serves as a reference point for creative decisions moving forward. It also provides a more objective framework for evaluating creative work in a process that can often feel subjective.
A Collaborative & Iterative Process
Collaboration is a critical part of the brand strategy phase. We view this as an iterative process, where your feedback plays an important role in shaping the final outcome. We continue refining the strategy until it feels right. Once that foundation is in place, we move into the creative phase, beginning with mood boards.
